Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 -5 Business days after we receive the items back at our facility.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping Policy

What are my shipping charges?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the order. We now offer you shipping rates based on our discounted carrier rates. Simply stated, you pay what we pay. We do not build any shipping costs into the item pricing.
Exclusions: Some LTL / Freight / Oversized items may not calculate shipping rates at checkout. Please call 800-826-9946 or email us using the contact form for a shipping quote.
